should the sections in question be purchased by any other person than the present occupier, viz.:—

On Section 13.—For three dwelling houses and offices, garden and orchard, stone woolshed, stone stock and drafting yards, paddocks, fencing, &c., &c., the sum of two thousand pounds.

On Section 14.—For paddocks and fencing, fifty pounds.

On Section 27.—For dwelling-house, &c., sixty pounds.

NOTICE is hereby given, that two hundred (200) acres of land, forming portions of the two Sections to the West of the Native Reserve now figured on the Plan of the Tiko Kino Block, having been allotted to the Natives of Tiko Kino as an additional Reserve, the same will be excluded from sale out of the Sections of the said Block notified in the Government Gazette of 30th March to be open for sale on the 7th inst.
