PROCLAMATION.

By THOMAS HENRY FITZGERALD, Esq.,
Superintendent of the Province of
Hawke\'s Bay, in the Islands of
New Zealand.

I, THOMAS HENRY FITZGERALD, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke\'s Bay aforesaid, DO HEREBY PROCLAIM and NOTIFY that the Lands described in the annexed Schedule will be open for Public Selection under the Regulations of the 4th day of March, 1853, and the Additional Land Regulations of the 15th February, 1855, at the Land Office at Napier, on and after Monday, the 7th day of May, 1860.

Dated this 29th day of March, in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty.

SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO.

Province of Hawke\'s Bay.

PART OF TIKOKINO BLOCK, ON THE RUATANIWHA PLAINS.

Estimated Area—7300 Acres of level Land.

BOUNDARIES:—

North—By Mangamauka;
East—By J. M. Stokes\' freehold land;
South—By Waipawa;
West—By Native Reserve at Tikokino, and line A.

This Block is surveyed, and divided into Sections of from 40 to 160 acres each, as shown on the Government Map of that District—according to which selections must be made—although Sections above 40 acres in extent may be subdivided at the request of purchasers, and by consent of Commissioner of Crown Lands.
