PROCLAMATION.

By THOMAS HENRY FITZGERALD Esq.,
Superintendent of the Province of
Hawke's Bay, in the Islands of
New Zealand.

I THOMAS HENRY FITZGERALD,
Superintendent of the Province of
Hawke's Bay, Do HEREBY PROCLAIM and
Notify, that at noon on Thursday the 5th
day of April next, the Commissioner of
Crown Lands will offer to public competi-
tion, under the provisions of the Land
Regulations now in force within this Pro-
vince, the Township of Porangahau, situate
on the north bank of the Porangahau River,
that are referred to in the Schedule here-
unto annexed, and at the upset prices
mentioned therein.

Dated at Napier, this twenty-ninth day
of February, in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred
and sixty.

SCHEDULE

Of such portions of the Township of Pora-
ngahau as will be sold by Auction, at
the Land Office, Napier, at 12 o'clock
on Thursday, the 5th day of April,
1860.
