HIS Honor the Deputy-Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following Reserve temporarily until the next session of the Provincial Council, viz.:
1913 (in red.)—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Ashburton District (Ashburton Road District), bounded on the south-westward by the high bank of the south branch of the river Ashburton, on the south-eastward by the road forming the north-western boundary of reserve No. 1410 (in red), on the north-eastward by the road forming the south-western boundary of the same reserve, on the north-westward by a line at right angles to the latter road, so as to include the above quantity... For Provincial Government purposes.

ALEXANDER WILLIAM BICKERTON,
Esquire, F.C.S.,
to be Local Analyst, under "The Adulteration of Food Act, 1866," within the Province of Canterbury.
