The Government Domain will be open from 7 a.m. to sunset throughout the year. The Park will, until further notice, be open at all times.

No person shall shoot, or fish, or carry firearms, fishing rod, or tackle within the Domain or Park, except with the special permission of the Board.

No person shall introduce any dog, or permit, or suffer any dog to follow him or her, or to stray into the Domain, and any dog found therein may be destroyed by any person authorised by the Board. Dogs found within the Park (unless led) may also be destroyed by any person authorised by the Board.

No person shall carry burdens into the Domain.

No person shall leave empty bottles, glass, crockery, papers, remnants of food, or other litter in the Government Domain, or in the Park.

No meeting or assemblage of persons of any kind or for any purpose will be allowed within the Domain or Park, without the special sanction of the Board.

No disorderly persons, vagrants, or persons of bad repute will be allowed within the Domain or Park.

No person shall walk, or otherwise trespass on the borders.

No vehicles, except perambulators and bath chairs, will be allowed within the Domain; nor within the Park without the special sanction of the Board.

No person shall climb over or wilfully damage any fence or other property belonging to, or in the custody of the Board, or take or remove any wood, earth, or gravel, from the Domain or Park.

No person shall bathe within the limits of the Domain or Park, except in enclosures provided for that purpose.

No person shall sell, or offer for sale, any article of merchandise or trade, within the Domain or Park, without the special sanction of the Board.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the co-partnership business of ironmongers for some time past carried on by the under-signed, at Christchurch, Province of Canterbury, under the style or firm of “S. and H. Nashelski,” was dissolved by mutual consent on the first day of February, 1875, and that Mr. Solomon Nashelski, who will continue the business, is alone empowered to settle all debts due to and by the said co-partnership.

SALE OF TOWN AND RURAL LANDS.
HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has fixed Tuesday, the 22nd day of June, 1875, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, at a sitting of the Waste Lands Board, in the Land Office, at Christchurch, as the time and place when a Sale by Auction of Town and Rural Land shall take place, in accordance with Clause 24 and Clause 35 of the Waste Lands Regulations, and Section 8 of “The Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1873,” subject to the usual conditions of sale, and in conformity with the regulations for the disposal, letting, and occupation of the Waste Lands of the Crown now in force within the Province of Canterbury.
Applications will be received by the Waste Lands Board on and up to Monday, the 7th day of June, 1875.
