pleted for the use and accommodation of foot passengers, according to the provisions of "The Footpaths Ordinance," Session VII. No. 12, are hereby declared to be public footpaths, and from and after the date hereof shall be deemed and taken accordingly to be public footpaths within the meaning of the said Ordinance.
The said footpaths are as follows:—
On the north side of the Riccarton Road, from the Hospital to the south-west corner of the park opposite the Plough Inn, and from thence on the east side of the road to the south-east corner of the park opposite the Fendaltown bridge.
A five-feet-wide footpath on the north side of the road from the Carlton bridge to the Fendaltown bridge.
