PROCLAMATION.
Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Christchurch, 22nd April, 1875.
I, WILLIAM ROLLESTON, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by "The Trespass of Cattle Ordinance, 1872," do hereby proclaim and declare that the Pound established at the Point in the Levels Road Board District in the said Province has been Removed to a site at the Western Corner of Section No. 10247 on the road leading to the Tengawai; and that the Yard erected on the said site shall be taken and deemed to be a Public Pound within the meaning of the said Ordinance from and after the 18th day of May, 1875.

this 28th day of April one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.

"THE PROTECTION OF ANIMALS ACT, 1873."
HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has, in pursuance of the powers delegated to him under "The Protection of Animals Act, 1873," appointed the following persons to act as Rangers within the Province of Canterbury:

- JOHN CUNNINGHAM, Brookside.

PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Co-partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned Alfred Weston and John Henry Dickinson, as Millers, at Woodend, under the firm of Weston and Dickinson, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All monies due to the late firm will be received by the said John Henry Dickinson, who will also discharge all liabilities thereof.
