Selwyn Street to the Church Reserve, and thence to the Lower Lincoln Road.

On the East side of half-chain Road, running from Harman Street to Poulson Street, next Road west of Selwyn Street.

HEATHCOTE DISTRICT.

On the South side of Old Stanmore Road, from the East Town Belt a distance of about 12 chains in an easterly direction.

On both sides of the continuation of Cashel Street, from the East Town Belt to the junction of Cashel Street and Old Stanmore Road.

On both sides of the continuation of Hereford Street, from the East Town Belt to Stanmore Road.

On both sides of the continuation of Worcester Street, from the East Town Belt a distance of about 18 chains in an easterly direction.

On both sides of the continuation of Gloucester Street, from the East Town Belt to Stanmore Road.

On both sides of the continuation of Armagh Street, from the East Town Belt a distance of about 13 chains in an easterly direction, and about 4 chains in a northerly direction to its junction with a road leading from Hanmer Street to Haast Street at the eastern end of Haast Street.

On both sides of Haast Street, from Armagh Street to Stanmore Road.

On both sides of Hanmer Street, from Armagh Street to Avon River Road.

On the South side of Road leading from Hanmer Street to Haast Street, so far as the Road runs in an easterly direction about five chains, and on the West side of the remainder running in a southerly direction to Armagh Street as far as the eastern end of Haast Street.

On both sides of a Road leading from Hanmer Street westerly, in the direction of Chester Street a distance of about four chains.

On South side of the Drain Road, from the East Town Belt to Duncan’s Nursery Road.

On both sides of the continuation of St. Asaph Street, from the East Town Belt to Duncan’s Nursery Road.

On both sides of the Creek Road, from the East Town Belt, to Phillips Street, and thence continued on both sides to Duncan’s Nursery Road.

On both sides of Phillips Street, from Ferry Road to the Drain Road.

On the west side of Duncan’s Nursery Road, from the Ferry Road to the Drain Road, and on the East side for about 18 chains to the Cross Road leading into Matheson’s Road, and on the East side of the continuation of Duncan’s Nursery Road to Stanmore Road.

On both sides of Road, leading from Duncan’s Nursery Road into Matheson’s Road.

On both sides of Matheson’s Road, from Ferry Road to Drain Road.

On the North side of the Ferry Road, from Duncan’s Nursery Road to Ollivier’s Road, and on the South side from the Christchurch Quay to the Steam Wharf.

On the West side of the Gas Works Road, from the Gas Works to Innes’ Brewery.

On the North side of Goring’s Road, from the Gas Works Road towards Colombo Road, a distance of about 10 chains.

On the South side of St. Andrew’s or Scott Street, from the Gas Works Road in a westerly direction about 25 chains.

On the South side of Salisbury Street, in a westerly direction about 25 chains.

On both sides of Colombo Road, from the South Town Belt as far as Piper’s Road, and from Dyer’s Pass Road about 14 chains in a northerly direction on both sides, the East side being in the Heathcote District, and the West side in the Spreydon District.

On the North-west side of a Road, from the Foot Bridge over River Heathcote at St. Martin’s crossing Wilson’s Road about five chains below Wilson’s Bridge, to within about four chains of the river again near the residence of Mr. Charles Jones.

REGULATIONS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PIGEON BAY CEMETERY:—

  1. The Managers appointed by the Superintendent under “The Cemetery Reserves Management Ordinance, 1870,” shall have the entire control and management of the Pigeon Bay Cemetery.

  2. The Managers having power by the 9th Section of the said Ordinance to allocate portions of the Cemetery to the various religious denominations requiring the same, no interference will be permitted with such allocations. A portion of the Cemetery will be set apart as open ground for purposes of general interment.

  3. Persons desirous of obtaining an exclusive right in any plot of ground in the Cemetery for the purpose of making graves or family vaults, or erecting monuments, may do so at a rate not exceeding 5s. per square yard, such persons shall receive the following document signed by one of the Managers and the Secretary:

    Received from A.B. of .................... the sum of .................... for that piece of ground part of the .................... Cemetery, at .................... numbered .................... on the plan of the cemetery in the custody of the Managers; the said piece of ground to be
