sion II, No. 2," directs it to be notified that the footpath hereinafter described, having been well and sufficiently made and completed for the use and accommodation of foot passengers, according to the provisions of "The Footpaths Ordinance, Session VI., No. 12," is hereby declared to be a public footpath, and from and after the date hereof shall be deemed and taken accordingly to be a public footpath within the meaning of the said Ordinance.
The said footpath is as follows:
Along the south side of the Riccarton Road, from the north-east corner of Rural Section No. 10 to the north-west corner of Rural Section No. 155.
