HIS Honor the Superintendent directs
the publication of the following Re-
gulation for the guidance of Heads of De-
partments under the Provincial Govern-
ment.

REGULATION.

Heads of Departments shall cause an
accurate statement to be made of all In-
struments, Furniture, Stores, and Articles of
every description, the property of the Pro-
vincial Government, in their possession on
the 1st January, 1875, and shall cause an
accurate record to be kept of any subse-
quent additions thereto, or deductions there-
from.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it
to be notified that he has made the
following Reserves for Branch Lines of
Railway, temporarily, under the 19th clause
of the Waste Lands Regulations, viz.:β€”

No. 1854 (in red.) Thirty-six acres, more
or less, situate in the Ashley District,
bounded on the southward and west-
ward by the road forming the
northern boundary of Section 10097,
on the eastward by Section 9018, and
on the northward by the River Grey,
and also by a line parallel to and 10
chains distant from that portion of
the road forming part of the southern
boundary of Section 9018.

No. 1855 (in red.) One hundred and
thirty-six acres, more or less, situate
in the Ashley district, bounded on
the westward by the River Karet,
on the southward by Section 21004,
on the northward by Section 19912,
and on the eastward by a line drawn
from a point on the southern
boundary of the latter section dis-
tant 12 chains 50 links from its
south-western corner to a point on
the northern boundary of the afore-
said Section 21004, situate 15 chains
50 links from the north-western
corner thereof.
