tendent of the Province of Canterbury,
in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested
in me by "The Canterbury Trespass of Cattle
Ordinance, 1873," and in pursuance of a
recommendation to that effect from the Pro-
vincial Council do hereby with the advice
and consent of my Executive Council de-
clare that the Rakaia Road District shall be
an Agricultural District within the meaning
of the said Ordinance.
