PROCLAMATION.

I, WILLIAM ROLLESTON, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, in virtue of the powers in me vested do hereby proclaim and declare that I have assented, on behalf of the Governor, to the following Ordinance passed by the Provincial Council :β€”

"The Imprest Supply Ordinance, 1873-4."

Given under my hand at Christchurch, this 2nd day of January, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE PARTNERSHIP at present existing between WILLIAM ROBERT MITCHELL and WILLIAM HALI BURTON, Trading as Mitchell and Burton, Coach Proprietors and Mail Contractors, Christchurch and Hokitika, ceasing on December 31st, 1873, in compliance with the Deed of Partnership, it is requested that all accounts will be rendered for settlement without delay.
