exercise of the powers vested in him by the
110th Section of ‘The Canterbury Roads
Ordinance 1872 he has appointed the
undermentioned persons to be Members of
the Road Board of the Little River Road
District,
viz.*:—

W. H. N. Tancred,
A. D. Allan,
William Coop.

WILLIAM ROLLESTON, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury;
in pursuance and exercise of the
powers vested in me by ‘The Cemetery
Reserves Management Ordinance, 1870,
and with the advice of my Executive Council,
do hereby appoint the undermentioned
persons to be Members of the Board of
Managers of the Arowhenua Cemetery, in
the room of W. B. Marett and Thomas
Connolly resigned:
viz.*—

Francis Woollcombe Stubbs,
Michael Quinn.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs
it to be notified that he has made
the following Reserve temporarily, under the
19th clause of the Waste Lands Regula-
tions, viz.:—

No. 1537, in ref.—All that piece or
parcel of land situate in the Ash-
burton District, containing by admea-
surement forty-eight acres, more or
less, bounded on the north-eastward
by the north branch of the River
Ashburton, on the south-westward
by a line parallel to and three chains
distant from the said branch, on the
north-westward by the road to
Thompson’s, and on the south-east-
ward by the main road leading to
the Rakaia—For Ferry purposes.
