PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by the "The Public Health Act 1872," it is among other things enacted that the place and time of meetings of the Central Board of each Province shall be fixed by the Board except of the first meeting which shall be fixed by the Superintendent of such Province by Proclamation in the Provincial Gazette:

Now, therefore, I WILLIAM ROLLESTON, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, do hereby fix Friday, the twenty-first day of February, 1873, at the Government Buildings, Christchurch, at twelve oโ€™clock noon, as the time and place of the first meeting of the Central Board of the Province of Canterbury.

Given under my hand at Christchurch, this eleventh day of February, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

PROCLAMATION.

WILLIAM ROLLESTON, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by "The Canterbury Trespass of Cattle Ordinance, 1873," and in pursuance of a recommendation to that effect from the Provincial Council, do hereby with the advice and consent of my Executive Council, declare that the East Malvern Road District shall be an Agricultural District within the meaning of the said Ordinance.

Given under my hand at Christchurch, this tenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.
