CANTERBURY ROADS ORDINANCE.

NOTICE.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has fixed Monday, the 3rd of February, 1873, at the hour of 12 o'clock, noon, at the Cust Road Board office, as the time and place at which a meeting of persons duly qualified to vote shall be held for the Election of Members of the Road Board of the Cust Road District, as constituted by a Proclamation of His Honor the Superintendent, dated 10th January, 1873: And that he has appointed

Mr. John Donson

as the person by and before whom such election shall be held.
