Commencing at the south-west corner of section 48; thence south-easterly along the line of Railway to the River Heathcote; thence following down the said River Heathcote to the Swing Bridge; thence in a northerly direction by the estuary to the north-west corner of section 574; thence westerly in a straight line until it meets the south-east corner of section 7506; thence westerly following along the road forming the southern boundaries of the said section and sections 6856, 5839, 5854, and 7198, to the south-west corner of section 7819; thence south-westerly along the road forming the eastern boundaries of sections 7939 and 8980 to the southernmost corner of the latter section; thence westerly in a straight line to the north-east corner of Reserve 212; thence westerly along the northern boundary of that reserve until it meets the eastern boundary of section 4583; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of said section and section 901 to the south-east corner of the latter section; thence westerly along the southern boundary of the said section to the road forming the western boundaries of sections 107 and 1144; thence along that road to the south-west corner of the said section; thence northerly along the southern boundary of section 826 to the northernmost corner of section 347; thence by the western boundaries of the said section and section 84 to the south-west corner of the latter section; thence westerly along the Ferry Road to the north-western corner of section 48; thence southerly by the western boundary of the said section to the starting point.
