PROCLAMATION.
I, WILLIAM ROLLESTON, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by "The Canterbury Rivers Act, 1870," do hereby appoint
THOMAS S. LEWIS
to be the person to conduct the Election of Three Members of the Board of Conservators for the Mandeville and Rangiora Drainage District, and I do hereby fix SATURDAY, the 5th day of July, 1873, at the hour of 12 noon, at the Flaxton Schoolhouse, as the time and place of such election.
Given at Christchurch, this twentieth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the householders in the Educational District of Upper Courtenay failed to elect two Auditors in the manner provided by "The Education Ordinance, 1871;"
Now, therefore, I, WILLIAM ROLLESTON, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by the 11th section of the said Ordinance, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby appoint
THOS. H. ANSON
and
WILLIAM GUNN
to be Auditors for the said district under the said Ordinance.
Given under my hand at Christchurch, this twentieth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.
