HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following reserves under the 43rd Clause of the Waste Lands Regulations, viz.:—

Thirty acres in the Timaru District, bounded on the north-west by section No. 6927; on the south-east by the road crossing the River Hae Hue Te Monna, near trig. station No. 25; on the south-west and north-east by lines at right angles to said road, so as to include the above quantity. The southernmost corner of this section to be about 4 chains north-east of the junction of the aforesaid road with the north-eastern side of the Arowhenua and Kakahu Road—subject to a road.

Twenty acres in the Timaru District, bounded on the north and east by the River Waihi; on the westward by section No. 10,508; and on the southward by a line at right angles to the western boundary, so as to include the above quantity—subject to the continuation of the road passing through section No. 14,475.

Twenty-five acres in the Timaru District, bounded on the south-west by the River Hae Hue Te Monna; on the north-east by section No. 7137; on the east by the road west of section 11,474; on the southward by a line at right angles to said road; and on the northward by a line parallel to the southern boundary, so as to include the above quantity. The south-east corner of this section to be about 6 chains, measured in a straight line south-west of the northernmost corner of section No. 11,474—subject to a road.
