of Timaru.
I, residing in do hereby request that a Licence may be
granted to me to sell, hawk, or expose for
sale the following commodities, viz.:—
within
the Borough of Timaru, for ___ months
from the date hereof, and I undertake to
comply with all Bye-Laws and Regulations
which may be from time to time in force in
this behalf, so long as such Licence may
continue.

Whereas of has made application for a Licence to sell,
hawk, and expose for sale within the
Borough of Timaru the following commoditi-
es or articles, that is to say—
pursuant
to Regulation No. 9 of the said Council,
intituled "A Regulation for Licensing
Pedlers and Hawkers." And whereas the
issue of such Licence has been duly authori-
zed by the said Council. Now therefore, I,
the Town Clerk of the said Borough, by the
authority and on behalf of the said Council,
do hereby License the said ___
to sell, hawk, or expose for sale within the
said Borough the following commodities or
articles, that is to say—
from the day of the date hereof until the
day of ___ next, and no longer, subject
to the said Regulation, and to such other
Rules, Orders, Regulations and Bye-Laws
as shall from time to time be in force
within the said Borough.
