Alfred Newbery
and
John Charles Revell
to be Collectors of the Immigration Debt of the Province.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following Reserves, temporarily, under the 19th Clause of the Waste Lands Regulations, for gravel pits, viz.:
No. 1362 (in red).—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Timaru District, having 5 chains frontage on the Main South Road, and extending westerly 10 chains in a rectangular block, being bounded on the southward by the continuation of the road north of 14602.
No. 1363 (in red).—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Timaru District, having 5 chains frontage on the Main South Road, and extending westerly 10 chains in a rectangular block north of and adjoining section 15012.
No. 1364 (in red).—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Timaru District, bounded on the eastward by Reserve 1309 (in red); on the northward by section 14600; on the southward by the road forming the southern boundary of the above-mentioned reserve; and on the westward by a line at right angles to the southern boundary, to include the required quantity.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that a Writ for an Election to be held for the return of a person to serve in the Provincial Council as Member for the City of Christchurch District, has been returned to him with the endorsement that

has been duly elected.
