Commencing at a point to the west of Mackintosh Bay; thence due south to the boundary of the Pigeon Bay District; thence following the said boundary to the ridge of hills round Akaroa Harbour; thence along the said ridge of hills to a point due south of the mouth of the creek in Stoney Bay; thence in a straight line to the mouth of the said creek; and thence by the sea beach to the starting point.
OKAIN’S BAY DISTRICT.
Commencing at the mouth of the creek in Stoney Bay; thence due south to the ridge of the hills round Akaroa Harbour; thence following the said ridge to the south-west corner of the Le Bon’s Bay District; thence in a straight line to the east head of Okain’s Bay; and thence by the sea beach to the starting point.
WALTHAM DISTRICT.
Commencing at the junction of the Lyttelton and Christchurch Railway with Colombo Street, south; thence southerly along the latter and along Dyer’s Pass Road to the ridge of the Port Lyttelton Hills; thence easterly along the said ridge to the road running to the east of section 2135; thence northerly along the said road to the road to the south of section 73; thence easterly along the latter road and northerly along the eastern boundary of the said section to the River Heathcote; thence northerly along that river to the road to the east of section 410; thence north-easterly along the said road to the Christchurch and Lyttelton Railway, and thence north-westerly along the Railway to the starting point.
