SCHEDULE.

DUYVACHELLES BAY DISTRICT.

Commencing at trig. pole 17 situated between Governor’s Bay and Robinson’s Bay; thence by a straight line to the road passing through section 922; thence by that road in an easterly direction to the dividing range; thence by the dividing range in a northerly and westerly direction to a point where it meets the Purau and Akaroa Road; thence in a south-westerly direction along the latter road and the Little River and Pigeon Bay Roads to Barry’s Saddle; thence in a straight line to the southern corner of section 3767; thence in a straight line to the southern corner of section 878; thence in a straight line to the south-eastern boundary of the said section to the beach in Akaroa Harbour; thence by the beach to the commencing point.

IT IS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has, under clause 65 of "The Education Ordinance, 1871," appointed the following persons to whom the annual sum payable under clause 64 of such Ordinance shall be paid for the Districts respectively set opposite their names.
