AROWHENUA DISTRICT.

Commencing at a point on the River Opihi, due south of the easternmost corner of section 3285; thence in a straight line to such corner; thence north-westerly along the eastern boundaries of sections 3285, 10170, 10874, to the north-eastern corner of the latter section; thence in a straight line to the nearest corner of section 8810; thence north-easterly along its eastern boundary to the north-eastern corner thereof; thence in a straight line to the junction of the road running between sections 6026 and 6018 with the road running between sections 6025 and 6724; thence westerly along this latter road to its junction with the continuation of the road forming the eastern boundary of section 6723; thence in a straight line to the south-east corner of section 2901; thence westerly along its southern boundary and a line in continuation thereof, to the River Hae-Hae-Te-Moana; thence in a straight line to the south-western corner of section 6595; thence south-easterly and south-westerly along the road lying between that section and section 7100 to the north-eastern corner of section 3698; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundaries of sections 3698, 2945, and 6384, to the River Opihi; and thence easterly along that river to the starting point.

BROADFIELD DISTRICT.

Commencing at the north-east corner of section 2702 on the Springs road; thence southerly along the said road to the Halswell road by Ladbrooke’s; thence westerly along the latter road to its junction with Shand’s road; thence southerly along the latter road to its junction with the Lincoln and Coal Tramway road; thence westerly along the latter road to its junction with the Weeden and Springs road; thence north-westerly along the latter road to its junction with South road; thence north-easterly along the latter road to the boundary of the Templeton district; thence south-easterly and north-easterly along such boundary to the north-western corner of section 3115; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of such section, and southerly along the road to the east of the same section; and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of section 2852, and southerly along the south-eastern boundary of the latter section; and easterly along the northern boundaries of sections 8116 and 2702 to the starting point.

COURTENAY DISTRICT.

Bounded on the east by a line commencing at a point on the southern bank of the River Waimakariri, in a line with the western boundary of section 3802; thence continuing the said line southerly along the western boundary of the said section; thence crossing the road at the south of this section, and continuing the line along the western boundary of section 3801; thence in a straight line to the north-western corner of section 8751; thence southerly along the western boundaries of this latter section, and of sections 9204, 9170, and 9089, to the south-western corner of the latter section; thence easterly along its southern boundary to the road lying to the west of section 8954; thence southerly along such road to the tramway reserve; bounded on the south by the tramway reserve; on the west by the road running south from White’s Old Accommodation House; and on the north by the River Waimakariri.

CUST DISTRICT.

Commencing at the point where the road to the west of section 3811 touches the River Cust; thence southerly along such road to the Harewood road by Rangiora; thence westerly along this latter road to the eastern boundary of the Cust Road Board District; thence following such boundary southward until it meets the road on the south side of section 4986; thence following this road westward to its junction with the road on the east side of section 9598; thence southerly, following the latter road to the north bank of the River Eyre; thence following the said bank westward to the western boundary of Run No. 14; thence following this boundary northward to the Cust Main Drain Reserve; thence in a straight line in continuation of the said boundary to the south bank of the River Ashley; thence easterly along this bank to a point due north of the road to the west of section 7677; thence in a straight line to such road; thence continuing southerly along the same road to the south-western corner of section 7674; thence easterly along the southern boundary of this section and of sections 7673, 7095, 7999, and 7253, to the road to the east of the latter section; thence southerly along such road to the road to the south of section 5798; thence easterly along the latter road to the north-western corner of section 8185; thence southerly along the western boundary of this latter section to the road to
