PUBLIC NOTICE.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rent due on the 1st of May, instant, not having been paid in respect of the undermentioned Pasturage Runs, those held under the Canterbury Waste Lands Acts of 1864 and 1869 respectively, will, unless the said rent, together with the fine provided for by “The Waste Lands Board Appeal Act, 1867,” be paid before the 1st of August, proximo, be declared forfeited, and submitted to Public Auction; and those held under the Lands Regulations of the 1st April, 1856, will, unless the rent and fine above referred to be paid before the 1st August, proximo, be declared abandoned, and treated as Waste Lands of the Crown:—
