less, situate in the Oxford district,
bounded on the north-eastward by
the Eyre road south; on the south-eastward by the continuation of the
road forming the south-eastern boundary of section No. 9957; on the
south-westward by a line parallel to
and 10 chains distant from the
north-eastern boundary; and on the
north-westward by a line at right
angles to the first mentioned road, so
as to contain the above quantity—for a gravel pit.

less, situate in the Oxford district,
having frontage of 5 chains to the
Eyre road south, and extending
south-westerly a distance of 10
chains, in a rectangular block, the
south-eastern boundary being in a
line with the south-eastern boundary
of section No. 6210—for a gravel pit.

less, situate in the Oxford district,
having frontage of 5 chains to the
road forming the north-eastern boundary of section 10,089, and extending
south-westerly a distance of 10
chains, in a rectangular block, north-west of and adjoining the section
above mentioned—for a gravel pit.
No. 1294, in red.—Five acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford district,
bounded on the north-eastward by
the road on the south-west side of
section No. 12,896; on the south-westward by the road forming the
north-eastern boundary of section
12,780; and on the south-eastward
by a line at right angles to the last
mentioned road, so as to contain the
above quantity—for a gravel pit.
