HIS Honor the Superintendent directs
it to be notified that he has made the
following Reserves, temporarily, under the
19th Clause of the Waste Lands Regula-
tions; viz.-
No. 1288, in red.—234 acres, more or
less, situate in the Malvern district,
bounded on the eastward by the road
forming the western boundary of
section 12,872; on the northward by
the road forming the northern boundary of that section and the southern
boundary of section 12,778; and on
the southward by the river Wakaepa
—for road, tramway, and other pur-
poses of the Provincial Government.
No. 1289, in red.—270 acres, more or
less, situate in the Malvern district,
bounded on the northward by the
river Wakaepa; on the eastward by
the said river; on the westward by
section 3716; and on the southward
by a line parallel to and 15 chains
distant on the average from the
northern boundary—for road, tram-
way, and other purposes of the Pro-
vincial Government.
No. 1290, in red.—Five acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford district,
having 5 chains frontage to the Eyre
road north, and extending south-
westerly a distance of 10 chains, in a
rectangular block, south-east of and
adjoining section 11,008 — for a
gravel pit.
N.B.—The above described land is
within Improvement Pre-emptive
Right M, on run No. 3.
