DISSOLUTION OF CO-PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Co-partnership between us the undersigned, Edmund Gibson and Philip Bouverie Luxmore, lately carrying on business as Sheep Farmers and Graziers, in the Waitangi District, in the Province of Canterbury, under the style or firm of “Gibson and Luxmore,” was dissolved on the Second day of May now last past by mutual consent.

REGULATION No. 6 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF TIMARU.

Made under the first provision of the first subdivision of the fifth part of the Thirteenth Schedule to “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867.”

In pursuance of section 192, part 13, of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867,” the Council of the Borough of Timaru make the following Regulations (that is to say):—
