NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at the Adjourned Annual Meeting of Her Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the Colony of New Zealand, held on the 28th day of June, 1870, at the Resident Magistrate’s Court-house, Kaiapoi, in pursuance of “The Public House Ordinance, 1866,” and “The Public House Ordinance Amendment Ordinance, 1867,” the following Public House License was granted :-

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the following Licenses have been withheld in consequence of the Licensees neglecting to apply to the Provincial Sub-Treasurer at Timaru, on or before the 1st instant, and to pay the sums named in such Licenses, in compliance with Clause 18 of “The Public House Ordinance, 1866.”
