NOTICE.

WILLIAM MONTGOMERY, De.
Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, do hereby give notice that in pursuance of the provisions of Clause III. of the “Education Rate in Aid Ordinance, 1868,” I have caused a rate of fourpence in the Pound to be levied upon all lands, buildings, tenements, sheep, and other property, which shall be liable to be rated for the maintenance or repair of roads, or for Municipal purposes within the said Province.

PURSUANT to the provisions of the “Auctioneers’ Ordinance, Session III, No. 3,” I hereby give notice that the undermentioned person has taken out an Auctioneer’s License for the term ending 30th June, 1869.
