No. 936, in red.—One hundred and fifty acres (more or less), situate at Wainui, Banks Peninsula, bounded on the eastward by sections 7028, 7488, 7566, and 12533; on the northward by the road forming the northern boundary of the latter section; on the southward by the stream running along the northern side of the road on the northern boundary of section 5874, and on the westward by a line at right angles to the general direction of the first mentioned road, so as to contain the above quantity.
No. 932, in red.—Three hundred and fifty acres (more or less), situate in the Rakaia District, bounded on the south-westward by the continuation of the road forming the south-west boundary of Section 10317; on the eastward by Sections 12209 and 12417, and also by the road forming the eastern boundary of the latter sections; and on the northward by Sections 12417, 10763, 12222, 12223, 12351, 12522, and Reserve No. 916 (in red).—Subject to the continuation of the road separating Sections 12522 and 12351.
No. 933, in red.—Four hundred and seventy-four acres (more or less), situate in the Malvern District, bounded on the south-westward by improvement pre-emptive rights L and K on run No. 581; on the south-eastward by the road forming the south-east boundary of the improvement pre-emptive right first mentioned; on the north-eastward by the river Hawkins, and on the north-westward by a line parallel to, and 40 chains distant from the south-eastern boundary.—Subject to a road.
No. 934, in red.—Five hundred and twenty-two acres (more or less), situate in the Malvern District, commencing at a point on the northern bank of the Wai-a-niwa-niwa branch of the Selwyn, the same being the westernmost corner of section 12510; thence north-easterly and south-easterly following the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of that section to its easternmost corner; thence easterly following a straight line to the road forming the south-west boundary of section 9895 and 9906, which it meets at a right angle; thence northerly and north-westerly following the said road to pre-emptive right No. 177; thence south-westerly and north-westerly following the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of that pre-emptive right to the road forming the north-western boundary thereof; thence south-westerly following the latter road to the branch of the Selwyn before mentioned, and from thence returning along the same to the commencing point.
No. 935, in red.—Seventy-five acres (more or less), situate at Little River, Banks Peninsula, bounded on the north-westward by section 12434, and a line in continuation of the south-eastern boundary thereof; on the north-eastward by a road, and on the south-eastward by a straight line so as to include the above quantity.
No. 937 (in red).—Four hundred and eighty acres (more or less), situate in the Ashley District, bounded on the northward by the road forming the northern boundary of sections 8490 and 6974; on the eastward by the first-mentioned section, and also by sections 6036 and 6035; on the southward by the road passing through the latter section; and on the westward by the road branching from the one last mentioned, near the Okuku river, and running in a northerly direction, save and except section No. 6975.
No. 938 (in red).—Four hundred and thirty-eight acres (more or less), situate in the Timaru District, bounded on the north-eastward by the proposed road and drain reserve; on the south-eastward by the road leading to section 12,288, and also by section 12,516; on the south-westward by the latter section, and by the northern bank of the Orari river; and on the north-westward by section 11,101.
No. 939 (in red).—Twelve hundred and thirty acres (more or less), situate in the Timaru District, bounded on the north-westward by section 4869, and a line in continuation of the south-east boundary of that section; on the north-east by a line in continuation of the north-eastern boundary of I.P.R. B, on run No. 452; on the south-eastward by the road leading to the south-west corner of reserve No. 905 (in red); and on the south-westward by the proposed road and drain reserve. Save and except section 12,460 and I.P.R.s A., B., and C. on the above-mentioned run.
No. 940 (in red).—Three hundred and fourteen acres (more or less), situate in the Timaru District, bounded on the south-eastward by the road forming the south-eastern boundary of section 10,912; on the north-eastward by that section, and by sections Nos. 11,096, 11,157, and 11,454; on the north-westward by the three last-mentioned sections, and also by the road forming their northern boundary; and on the westward by the road forming the western boundary of section 12,437.
