Five hundred acres in the Waitangi District, bounded on the northward by a road on the south side of section 3790; on the east by section No. 12373; on the southward by a line in continuation of the southern boundary of the latter section; and on the westward by a line at right angles to the southern boundary, so as to contain the above quantity; subject to roads.

Class 1.
Thirty acres in the Waitangi District, situate south and west of section 2621, to include timber land; subject to roads.

Ten acres in the Waitangi District, near the Wainono Lagoon, bounded on the westward by a small lagoon lying south of the one above named; on the eastward by the beach road; and on the northward and southward by lines at right angles to the general direction of the said road; to contain the above quantity; subject to roads.
Twenty acres in the Waitangi District, bounded on the westward by sections No. 6311 and 10311, and reserve No. 679 (in red); on the southward by section No. 9470; and on the eastward by the road running through the reserve above mentioned.
Ten acres, more or less, situate in the Waitangi District, being a square block of land lying to the northward, but not adjoining section 4021, being bounded on the eastward by the beach reserve; subject to roads.

Class 1.—Schedule A.
Six hundred acres, more or less, situate in the Timaru District, near Kapunatiki, being a rectangular block, 150 chains from east to west, and forty chains from north to south, the southern boundary skirting the edge of the swamp; subject to roads.

Ten acres, more or less, situate in the Timaru District, opposite section No. 11433, having 10 chains frontage to the southern bank of the Orari River, and extending easterly a distance, on the average, of 10 chains; subject to roads.
Twenty acres, more or less, situate in the Timaru District, north-east of but not adjoining section No. 11433, having 10 chains of frontage to the north bank of the Orari, and extending north-westerly 20 chains on an average; subject to roads.
Two acres, more or less, situate in the Timaru District, being a square block of land fronting on the stream issuing from the Waitarakao Lagoon, and situate opposite the island in the said stream; subject to a road.
One hundred and fifty acres, more or less, situate in the Timaru District, near the Kapunatiki Creek, having a frontage of 37½ chains to the beach road reserve, and running back westerly a distance of 40 chains on the average.
AROWHENUA AWARD.
Class 2.
Seventy-two acres, more or less, in the Timaru District, being part of the island named Harereketautou, situate in the mouth of the Umukaha River; subject to a road.
Twenty acres, more or less, situate in the Timaru District, situate between section No. 2734 and the Orakipaoa, so as to include the site of the old pa; subject to roads.
KAIAPOI AWARD.
No. 1 A.
Two hundred acres, situate in the Ashley District, 66 chains 67 links in length by 30 chains in width, the eastern boundary being the western boundary of section 11568, and a line in continuation thereof; subject to roads and previous applications.

Three hundred and fifty acres, situate in the Ashley District, bounded on the northward by reserve No. A. and the southern boundary of section 11568; on the eastward by the Garry; on the westward by a line in continuation of the western boundary of the above-mentioned reserve, a distance of 54 chains; and on the southward by a line parallel to the northern boundary, so as to contain the above quantity; subject to roads and previous applications.
