NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of this Honorable Court made for the hearing of such petition at the Court House Christchurch and, such order was declared to be a vesting order pursuant to section 8 of the "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865." The person of the above-named debtor was protected from all legal process for debt and the Eighteenth day of December 1867 at eleven o’clock in the forenoon at the Court House Christchurch was appointed as the time and place for the hearing of the said petition.
