SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
WESTLAND DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned debtors have respectively filed their petitions for relief under the Debtors’ and Creditors’ Acts and the Court has appointed Tuesday the Twenty-sixth day of November 1867 at eleven o’clock in the forenoon at the Court House Hokitika for the hearing thereof at which time and place all parties concerned are to attend :-
