NOTICE.
IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
CANTERBURY DISTRICT.
In the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Acts.”
HIS Honor Henry Barnes Gresson, Esq.,
The Judge presiding in this Honorable Court, has appointed that the Court shall sit, for the despatch of business accruing under the provisions of the above mentioned Acts, at the Court House, Christchurch, on Friday, the Fifteenth day of November next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

exercising the powers which he has been empowered to exercise under the above Acts, has appointed that the Court shall sit, for the despatch of all business which may then accrue, on Tuesday, the Twenty-sixth day of November next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Hokitika.

In the matter of the Petition of the said debtor.
Friday the 30th day of August, 1867.
At a sitting of the Court pursuant to the said Act:
UPON the application of Dr. Foster of Counsel for the said petitioner and after reading the order of the Twenty-sixth day of August instant And the minutes of the meetings filed on the Twenty-fourth instant And the affidavit of William Pohl Morton filed on the Twenty-ninth instant And upon examination upon oath of the said debtor It is ordered that the said debtor be at liberty to amend the schedule of creditors annexed to the said petition as per amendments filed this day and
this Court doth declare that the following persons and firms respectively have proved their debts or claims namely—

And the Court doth accordingly direct that the schedule annexed to the said petition be amended by specifying therein such of the said debts (if any) as are not already specified and upon consideration of the matters aforesaid at this final hearing of the said petition the Court doth further declare that the said petitioner is entitled to full relief according to the provisions of the said Acts upon the execution of the deed hereinafter mentioned And this Court doth further order and direct the said Petitioner to cede and deliver convey and assign all his estate and effects at the time of his making and filing the said petition to William Derisley Wood of Riccarton near Christchurch aforesaid Miller such person appearing to the Court to be a fit person to act as Trustee such conveyance and assignment to be pursuant to the said Acts and to contain all requisite powers for enabling the said William Derisley Wood to recover and receive all debts monies goods chattels estates and effects in any way belonging to or due and payable to the said petitioner upon the trusts
