HIS Honor the Deputy Superintendent, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, has decided on the following Tariff of Charges for the Timaru Landing Service, payable on and after the Fifteenth of October next.

HIS Honor the Deputy Superintendent directs it to be notified that William Campbell Walker, Esq., has resigned his seat in the Provincial Council as Member for the Ashburton District.
