✨ Debtor and Creditor Notices

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand,

Westland District.

In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Acts."

NOTICE is hereby given that the estates and effects of the undermentioned debtors have been sequestrated under the provisions of the above named Acts by order of the Judge of the said Court and Monday the Twenty-third day of September instant has been appointed for the hearing of the said debtors' petitions and proofs of debts

and claims at the Court House Hokitika in the said district:—
Thomas Marshall, James Keir, Hyam Marks, James Quincy Walker, and Thomas Sullivan, all of Hokitika; and Alexander Macnamara, James O'Brien, and John George Heslop, all of Greymouth.
