In the matter of John Baylee of Christchurch in the said District Grocer trading as "J. Baylee and Company" a debtor.
NOTICE is hereby given that the estate of the above mentioned debtor has been sequestrated by order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson made on the Twenty-seventh day of August instant on a petition filed in this Honorable Court in pursuance of the above named Acts and Monday the Thirtieth day of September next at eleven o’clock in the forenoon has been appointed for the hearing of such petition at the Court House Christchurch aforesaid and such order was declared to be a vesting order pursuant to section 8 of the "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865".

The persons and estates of the said debtors are protected from all legal process until further order of the Court:
