In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Acts;" and
In the matter of the petition of Morris Rothkugel, of Rutberglen, in the Province of Canterbury, Storekeeper, a debtor; and
In the matter of the estate of the said debtor.
NOTICE is hereby given that the above mentioned Morris Rothkugel, has presented and filed his petition for relief, under the said Debtors and Creditors Acts, and Monday the twenty-third day of September next, at Eleven o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Hokitika, has been appointed for hearing the said petition, at which time and place all parties concerned are to attend.

In the matter of the petition of Joseph Longley, of West Melton, in the Selwyn district, in the Province of Canterbury, farmer, a debtor.
NOTICE is hereby given that by a vesting order of the Supreme Court, dated the twenty-third day of August, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, the estate and effects of the said Joseph Longley were sequestrated, and James Edwin Graham, of Christchurch, in the Province aforesaid, Inspector in Bankruptcy was appointed receiver, and that Monday, the thirtieth day of September next, was appointed for the hearing of the said petition and proof of debts at the Court House, Christchurch, aforesaid, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

NOTICE is hereby given that by a vesting order of the Supreme Court, dated the Thirteenth day of August, 1867, the estate and effects of the said Thomas Gee were sequestrated, and Frederic Henry Melville Walker, of Christchurch, in the Province aforesaid, Accountant, was appointed Receiver, and that Monday the Thirtieth day of September next, was appointed for the hearing of the said petition and proof of debts at the Court House, Christchurch, aforesaid at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.
