(a) Declaration — I, F. T. Rhodes, for R. H. Rhodes, of Christchurch, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, one in number, specified on behalf of the vessel “Wellington,” now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months been fed or agisted with any sheep infected with scab or any other pest had applied to any of them any reported sheep-destroying preparation; and this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
