(a) DECLARATION.—I, Thomas Allen, of Highbank Station, Rakaia, do hereby solemnly declare that my Sheep, branded —, being 6,000 in number, now being at Highbank, Rakaia, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
