HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that MONDAY, the Tenth instant, will be observed as a General Holiday, in commemoration of the establishment of communication between the Port and the Plains by means of the Moorhouse Tunnel.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
CANTERBURY DISTRICT.

In the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Acts;” and

In the matter of the estate of William Roberts formerly of the Ferry Road near Christchurch in the Province of Canterbury a debtor in custody.

NOTICE is hereby given that by a vesting order of the Supreme Court dated the Tenth day of May 1867 the estate and effects of the said William Roberts were sequestrated and James Edwin Graham of Christchurch aforesaid Inspector in Bankruptcy was appointed Receiver and that Monday the Twenty-fourth day of June next was appointed for the hearing of the petition in this matter and proof of debts at the Court House Christchurch aforesaid at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

NOTICE is hereby given that by a vesting order of the Supreme Court dated the Tenth day of May 1867 the estate and effects of the said William Dixon were sequestrated and Frederic Henry Melville Walker of Christchurch aforesaid Accountant was appointed Receiver and that Monday the Twenty-fourth day of June next was appointed for the hearing of the petition of the said debtor and proof of debts at the Court House Christchurch aforesaid at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.
