In the matter of the petition of Joseph Louis Butcher of Saltwater Creek publican a debtor not in custody.
NOTICE is hereby given that by order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson dated the Eighth day of March 1867 the estate and effects of the above-named petitioner were sequestrated and protection granted to the said petitioner upon his petition previously filed in the Supreme Court at Hokitika and the hearing of such petition was appointed to take place on Friday the Eighth day of February 1867 at the Supreme Court House Hokitika at eleven o’clock in the forenoon and on the said last mentioned day the first hearing in this estate was adjourned to the Third day of June next.
