(a) DECLARATION.--I, E. H. Martelli, of the Waitangi Station, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 250 in number, marked --, now being depastured by me at Waitangi, in the Province of Otago, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(b) DECLARATION.--I, William Hood, of Oamaru, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 100 in number, marked --, now being depastured by me at the Waitangi, in the Province of Otago, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(d) DECLARATION.--I, Wm. Cunningham Smith, of Pareora Station, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 25 in number, no brand, on board of the vessel "Geelong", Thomas Hart Commander, now lying at Timaru, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
