Robert Thomas Wild late of Dunedin Tobac-
conist and late partner with Frederick
Baker and John Allen under the firm of
“Robert Thomas Wild and Co.” Store-
keepers Jacksons Bay and now of Hokiti-
ka aforesaid Hairdresser;
George Scott of Hokitika aforesaid Mer-
chant;
James Craig and Mark Sprot trading as
“Sprot and Craig” of Hokitika aforesaid
Auctioneers and Commission Agents;
and
Mark Sprot of Hokitika aforesaid Auc-
tioneer and Cattle Salesman.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Court
has appointed Monday the Third day
of June next at eleven o’clock in the fore-
noon at the Supreme Court House Hokitika
for hearing the above Petitions.

lican a debtor.
NOTICE is hereby given that the estate
of the above mentioned debtor has
been sequestrated by order of His Honor
Mr. Justice Gresson made on the Tenth day
of May instant on a petition filed in this
Honorable Court in pursuance of the above
named Acts and Monday the Twenty-fourth
day of June next at eleven o’clock in the
forenoon has been appointed for the hearing
of such petition at the Court House Chris-
tchurch aforesaid and such order was de-
clared to be a vesting order pursuant to
Section 8 of the “Debtors and Creditors
Act Amendment Act 1865.”
