NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned pasturage licences not having been renewed by payment of the required fee on or before the 1st of May, 1867, will, in pursuance of clause 51 of the Land Regulations, unless good cause to the contrary be shown to the satisfaction of the Waste Lands Board, on or before the 16th instant, be considered as abandoned, and as Waste Lands of the Crown open to the first applicant:—

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto existing between Samuel Garforth, John Morrison, and James Parslow, under the style of “Garforth, Morrison, and Co.,” Cattle Dealers, is, so far as the said James Parslow is concerned, dissolved this day by mutual consent.
All debts due to and by the firm will be received and paid by the said Samuel Garforth and John Morrison.
The business will in future be carried on under the style of Garforth and Morrison.

In the matter of the Estate of Martin Richard Ashwin, of Christchurch, Accountant, a debtor; and
In the matter of the Petition of the said debtor.
In Chambers:
Friday the Third day of May 1867.
UPON the application of Mr. Cottrell of counsel for the said petitioner Martin Richard Ashwin after reading the petition presented this day purporting to be signed by the said petitioner such debtor as aforesaid and to be concurred in by Alfred James White and Messrs. Cox and Baber of Christchurch aforesaid creditors to the extent of not less than fifty pounds and also certain schedules and also an affidavit to the said petition annexed and therewith filed this day pursuant to the said Acts this Court being satisfied of the truth of the matter contained in the said petition doth hereby grant an ad interim order of sequestration of the estate and effects of the said Martin Richard Ashwin and doth direct that the estate and effects of the said Martin Richard Ashwin shall be taken and held by Frederic Henry Melville Walker of Christchurch aforesaid Accountant as Receiver under the said Acts hereby appointed by the Court subject to such further order of the Court as may be made under or in pursuance of the provisions of the said Acts This Court doth hereby appoint Monday the Twenty-fourth day of June next at eleven o’clock in the forenoon for the hearing of such petition and the proof of debts and claims of creditors at the Court House Christchurch aforesaid And this order is hereby declared to be a vesting order pursuant to section 8 of the “Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865.”
