(a) DECLARATION.—I, Cooke Reynell, of Waiora, near Woodend, do hereby solemnly declare that my Sheep, branded —, being 250 in number, now being at Waiora, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me at Waiora, this 19th day of November, 1866.—A. RAMSAY SCAIFEVELL, Inspector of Sheep.

(b) DECLARATION.—I, Charles Hurst, of Oakley Station, Rakaia, do hereby solemnly declare that my Sheep, branded —, being 700 in number, now being at Oakley Station, have not within two months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within two months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me at Oakley, this 5th day of November, 1866.—R. T. DOLLARDASS, Inspector of Sheep.
