NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the several Orders of the Court bearing the dates hereunder mentioned, the estates of the undermentioned debtors were sequestrated, and vested in the sequestrators therein appointed, and the hearing of the said debtors' petitions was appointed to take place at the Court House, Christchurch, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon:—

NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of this Honorable Court made the Thirteenth day of November instant the estate and effects of the above-named debtor were sequestrated and James Edwin Graham of Christchurch Inspector in Bankruptcy was appointed Receiver under the said Acts and the Fourteenth day of December next at the Court House Christchurch was appointed as the time and place for the hearing of the petition of the said debtor and the said order was thereby declared to be a vesting order pursuant to section 8 of the "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865."

NOTICE is hereby given that the estate of the above-mentioned debtor has been sequestrated by order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson made on the Thirteenth day of November instant on a petition filed in this Honorable Court in pursuance of the above-named Acts and Friday the Fourteenth day of December next at eleven o'clock in the forenoon has been appointed for the hearing of such petition at the Court House Christchurch and such order was declared to be a vesting order pursuant to section 8 of the "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865."
