in pursuance of the provisions of the said Acts This Court doth hereby appoint Monday the Twelfth day of November next at eleven o’clock in the forenoon for the hearing of the said petition and the proof of debts and claims of creditors at the Court House Christchurch aforesaid And this order is hereby declared to be a vesting order pursuant to section 8 of the “Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865.”

NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of this Honorable Court made the Twenty-first day of September instant the estate and effects of the above named debtor were sequestrated and Henry Fowle Seager of Christchurch was appointed Receiver under the said Acts and the Twelfth day of November next at the Court House Christchurch was appointed as the time and place for the hearing of the petition of the said debtor and the said order was thereby declared to be a vesting order pursuant to section 8 of the said “Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865.”
