I the undersigned Camille Molfroy,
hereby make application to register the
"Jones Creek Water-race Company," under
the provisions of the "Mining Company’s
Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do
solemnly and sincerely declare that the fol-
lowing statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular.
1st. The name and style of the Company
is "The Jones Creek Water Race
Company."
2nd. The place of operation is at Ross.
3rd. The nominal capital of the Company
is (£6,000) six thousand pounds ster-
ling, in (80) eighty shares of (£75)
seventy-five pounds each.
4th. The amount of capital paid up is
(£4,000) four thousand pounds ster-
ling.
5th. The name of the manager is Camille
Molfroy.
6th. The office of the Company is at the
