HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following Reserves, temporarily, under the 19th clause of the Waste Land Regulations, for Educational purposes; viz. —
No. 737, in red.—Nine hundred acres, more or less, situate in the Ashburton District, bounded on the south-east by the road north-west of sections 6774 and 6773, and by section 8426, on the south-west by sections 8420 to 8423, on the north-west by the road north of the last-mentioned sections for a distance of about sixty-eight chains fifty links, and on the north-east by a line parallel to the south-western boundary of this reserve.
No. 738, in red.—Six hundred acres, more or less, situate in the Ashburton District, bounded on the north-east by sections 8420, 8421, 8422, 8423, on the south-east by the road north-west of sections 6776 and 6775, on the south-west by sections 6802, 8369, 8453, and 8455, and on the north-west by section 8419, subject to a road on survey.
No. 739, in red.—Five hundred acres, more or less, situate in the Ashburton District, commencing at a point on the Ashburton road, the same being forty-two chains south-east of its junction with the road leading to Wakanui, following the first mentioned road south-easterly a distance of ninety chains, and extending back north-easterly at right angles, having a depth of twenty-one chains on the north-western and eighty chains on the south-eastern boundaries respectively, being bounded on the north by the last mentioned road.

In the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862;” and
In the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865.”
HIS Honor Henry Barnes Gresson, Esq.,
the Judge presiding in this Honorable Court, has appointed that the Court shall sit for the despatch of business accruing under the provisions of the above mentioned Acts, at the Court House, Christchurch, on Thursday, the Twenty-third day of August next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.
